Four seasons hotel bangkok is in a prime location. Its a short walk to the famous four face buddha next to Grand Hyatt Erawan. It also has the advantage of having a skytrain station at its doorstep. Service as a whole is excellent with most of the front desk staff having a good command of English.the italian restaurant in the hotel has... More

First the good stuff: Staff are wonderful and warm and the lobby and lounge is beautiful. Air conditioning is strong as is needed and food and beverages excellent especially cocktails. Sadly the property is showing its age especially if you have to stay in a courtyard room which means walking across a walkway with damaged tiles and a generally grubby... More

Exceptional service and attention to detail. From the moment we were met by our hotel driver called Jumbo at Bangkok airport we knew we were about to receive excellent service and have a fantastic experience. Without a doubt the 50 minute drive to the hotel was entertaining and informative and on arrival at the Four Seasons in Bangkok we realised... More

From pick up at the airport, where 2 representatives helped with our luggage, to the 20 minute ride in a very nice S-Class Mercedes, the arrival was very relaxing and easy. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the General Manager and other helpful employees. We were taken directly to our room (bypassing the front desk), so we... More

I normally stay in Grand Hyatt, but I gave four seasons a go this time. The hotel is definitely more modern, but lacks the coziness of GH. The food in spice market is excellent, and the service is very good as well. Did have some problem with checking in, but the concierge was very nice about it. I was offered... More

I traveled with my family during the Chinese New Year Holidays. Staying at Four seasons is full of delightful surprise. We booked Four seasons via China airline as a package tour. As we checked in at Four seasons, we were offered with connecting rooms, which we did not ask in advance. Surprise! The concierge was helpful. They confirmed the pickup... More

The hotel was perfect (the location, clean room - the most comfortable bed ever) Very friendly and helpful staff. I expected better quality of the breakfast. The italian restaurant serves excellent food but it is very overvalued More

We arrived on Jan 29 for one night and had used FS limousine service. Service is excellent. In room checkin and all services are all up to FS standards. My room 557, however is only so so. The room's bed definitely needs replacement as it made squeaky noises whenever I moved around during the night. Furthermore, there is a PA... More

Stayed during Chinese New Year and had a fantastic stay. They exceeded all expectations - room, restaurant, staff, all stellar. I stay at hotels all over the world and would recommend this hotel over all others in Bangkok (and I've stayed at almost all top hotels in BKK over the years). I can't believe it's taken me so long to... More
