Had a wonderfull experience staying here. The food and staff were excellent along with atmosphere. The staff went the extra mile to help you have a comfortable stay. Very clean and top quality rooms. I will definenlty go back again.

I just love this place! Despite all the history it feels like a fresh, beautiful and almost unassuming place. Staff is extremely friendly, suites are beautiful with stunning views, one of my favourite spas in Asia, great restaurants (especially Le Normandie). I will return again and again!

I have been staying here for 18 years. It has always been outstanding. Some nice upgrades, but simply the benchmark for a global 5 star hotel. The subtlety of the high service has to be seen to be believed. If you can only stay 1 night in Bangkok, then stay here.

Fantastic hotel.Cozy room in the garden wing. Old world charm with exceptional service. Fabulous food at the riverside terrace. Beautiful floral decor and Secret garden by the pool. Courteous and obliging staff. Honesty highly commended. My wallet which was left behind in the room was found intact, untouched even though housekeeping team had been to the room!
