After being pampered in JW Marriott Hong Kong now Stayed for 10 days in this hotel without getting bored. This hotel is very impressive. the staff are very helpful, courteous (Sawadeeka) and smiling. rooms have good sound and light proofing so when you are so tired from a long haul flight you can sleep like a baby in this hotel.,... A wonderful Hotel, very centraly located in Bangkok - If you know Marriot's, the facilities are a no brainer - A Spa/Pool and gymnasium - 2 of Bangkok's best restaurants, a lunchtime buffet to die for, and of course the excellent service you come to expect from JW Marriot Hotels world wide. This Hotel is a stones throw from all... More

This hotel was pretty amazing, from location, to rooms, to staff and everything else in between. The staff - especially those in the Executive Lounge - were super and the Exec Lounge itself was great as well serving food and drinks and breakfast. The hotel is close to the metro station and opposite of Nana Plaza for those who are... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It is right smack in the middle of the city. The metro is a 8 min walk from the hotel. Plenty of shopping, restaurant and Nana Plaza is very close. The hotel has a great pool, amazing restaurant, gym, and rooms are great. I think the best part had to be the... More

Hotel is in excellent location with BTS and underground in walking distance , lots of bars , restuarents , shops , and malls are all in close locations . I normally stay in... More

The hotel itself is very nice. I called ahead of coming and changed my reservation. When we arrived they said they didnt have record of the change so they changed us the rack rate for the extra night instead of the conference rate. But then they upgraded our room to a superior room. The room itself was super comfortable and... More

I don't regularly stay at such a pricey American-style chain, but was here for a conference and have to say I was impressed, overall. First, the challenges: communication. Our reservation was mixed up so not on Executive floor, and needed to rent a lounge area for reception. This proved challenging as so many of the staff speak very little English.... More

I have been a regular visitor to the JW in Bangkok, and there are some very good reasons I continue to return. The main one being the wonderful staff, who always offer a sincere and genuine welcome, and the other the exceptional quality of the Executive Lounge facilities. I am a Marriott Platinum member and get lounge access as a... More

I like to thank you for your review and more importantly for your loyalty over the years, not only to the JW Marriott Bangkok but to Marriott International, being an esteemed Platinum Member. It is gratifying to read your lines about our associates and how wonderful they are, whether it is in the Executive Lounge or somewhere else in the... More

Was on the executive lounge floor, the lounge size is immense and the food and beverage availability is top notch. The individual room for a JW is a lot less to be desired. The carpet is old and outdated, needs to be pulled and either modern carpet or wood should be layed. The walkin shower needs either re-caulking or better... More

Really disappointed in the executive level service. I had read such good reviews on the service that maybe my expectations were too high. We are gold members and have stayed at marriott hotels around the world, and this one has a disappointing level of service in its executive lounge. I feel as if I am bothering the concierge every time... More
