“Bang na Novotel”

Hotel is fine but it is no where near the airport. It was about 25 mins by taxi but i was told by expedia this was an airport hotel so live and learn. All in all pretty good deal with a 300 bht taxi fare

“Good hotel for business trips”

Staff were friendly and helpful. 3 different shopping malls just a short 10 mins taxi ride away. Mega mall is great for dining out. Good massage place "Health Land" just across the street to the right.

“Room to be re-designed”

All room are quite old style. It is time to update them otherwise this hotel is going to lose more and more customers. The position is quite good for those ones who are in business trip since it is near to most highway. It is not recommended for pleasure holiday since it quite far away from the center.

Location is bad. It took two hours to go downtown by taxi due to bad traffic congestion. Unless you are staying just in the Bangna area, and not going to downtown Bangkok, this hotel is not recommended,

“Good value for money”

The hotel was close to the British school where my son was taking part in a swim meet. The staff at the hotel were very good and polite. The massages were excellent. The room size was perfect and the price was reasonable.
