The hotel location is good, just above the train station. Convinient to get to anywhere. But we experienced very very bad customer service by the hotel Manager, Mr Pongskorn. He do not care if you stay at the hotel or not, he does not care . He is very rude! With such managers, we decided not to stay there anymore... More

For all you can see, it's a rather simple and unsophisticated sleeping rooms. However, I appreciate that the location is right next to the entrance of the MRT station, Huay Kuang. On top of that, the rooms are very clean though small. It doesn't have any gym or pool but it does have a bar and restaurant on the ground... More

am giving a lower score than my previous review. plumbing in shower gives off musty smell. I had the same water temperature problem another reviewer mentioned. air conditioning still works slowly. long hairs scattered around my room (which was interesting, since I saw housekeeping, and they all had short hair). cockroach ran across floor and up the second chair while... We had selected this hotel due to its location. The reception staff was ok and the rooms were quiet noist especially in night time. There are so many mssages places near by the hotel, which does not create a good enviroment if you travel with your families. There is near by one God Ganesha temple, which is very nice. The... More

Stayed for 4 nights, The hotel rooms are modern and nice. Comfy bed. There's station directly outside the hotel. Quite convenience. Very near clubbing and drinking places. There's no restaurants or food during day time. Wifi is terrible, you are require to keep logging in. Inflexible hotel, even they have rooms available, they will not allow their guests to check... Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Paid around 1200 - 1300 baht per night. The rooms are modern and nice (I don't know the right words to explain). From hotel to airport: Around 30mins? Cost around 200 - 300 baht. Depends on traffic. Good: 1) MRT is directly outside the hotel. 2)... More

Stayed here three nights. Good value for the money $32 per night. There is no breakfast as restaurant doesn't open until 6 pm. 7 eleven is 200 ft outside main entrance which is handy. MRT train is right outside your door which makes navigating easy. Staff have very poor English skills. Wifi does not seem to work. Only when my... More

I am rating this hotel in comparison to other hotels in Thailand not in the US. My wife is Thai and we currently live the US. We came to Thailand to visit family. We stayed 10 nights for 1,200 baht for night. Free internet included. You have to pay a deposit of 500 baht (fully refundable at check out) per... More

I figured I'd stay here and save a bit of money by just catching the MRT into the more central part of Bangkok every day. My room cost under $30 per day. All in all I was happy with my overall experience. The hotel was reasonably new and well-kept, my laptop didn't get stolen by housekeeping, the building was right... More

Definitely won't visit this hotel a second time. Firstly, the water heater is not working well. it goes 'hot, cold, hot, cold' all the way while you are showering. Secondly, the house keeping staffs are not trustworthy. I lost my mobile phone there. Not all the staffs can speak english. So its very difficult to communicate with them. Hotel management... More
