Perfect place to stay while staying over in Bangkok for a transfer. Excellent service, including an airport pickup, lovely people, nice room (with free stuff in the mini-bar -- nice touch!). Only thing was the lack of choice in places to eat in the area - but for one night that's not too much of a problem.

We stayed Lilac in October 2012 and had the best one night stay ever. The service was unsurpassed. They can't do too much for you. Picking you up, driving you to lunch, the barber. The rooms were clean with "free" bar fridge. Simple touches that add enormously to the stay.

We stayed here one night on a stop over in Bangkok. It's only 10mins from the airport with free transport. Rooms were clean, and staff friendly. Not many places nearby to eat (we ended up eating some street food) but other places in short taxi ride distance.
