Room covered in bedbugs and cockroaches, woke up in the middle of the night being bitten, had to change hotel at 2am. No offer of a refund or good will money from staff. Stay somewhere else!

Worst hotel we've been to in 9 months travelling through Latin America and Asia. Pictures on internet don't reflect at all the hotel. Although the rooms are nothing special, its a great budget option. I paid 400 baht for a private single room and the guesthouse is located on Rambuttri, the street parallel to Khao San Road. They offer free wifi in the lobby and the reception is exceptionally nice and helpful!

It's not expensive but nothing special. Location is convenient but what irritated us most was the noise. Noise from the street, noise from bands playing in bars and no proper windows that could reduce it. It offers free wifi at the reception. Would I like to return here?
