Stayed here for 5 nights and it was ok. The staff is mostly friendly and the rooms are good, big rooms, good bed, clean, AC and hot shower for 600 Bath. The only thing I can't understand is that they make you pay for Wifi, even though you're staying in the hotel. I think in 2012 you just can't do... More

I was there in October of 08.The hotel is A good location to A big C ,and BTS station. The room was fine. No problems. The biggest thing that I didn't like was the Hotel Taxi's.They would tend to overcharge when going somewhere. We would eventually go out to the main road and hail A taxi. They have A restaurant and the breakfast... More

The room we had clean; walls, wood floor and bathroom. The AC air flow and temperature controllable by remote. Standard channels on TV. Wifi was chargeable. Best taken by the hour 20 at a time. If you pay 100 thb for 10 hours starting at 4 pm, it ends at 2 am irrespective of use or not, The mini bar... More

Very pleasant dining room staff - a cheery hello each morning with excellent breakfast. Mixed attitudes at Reception, two young ladies very friendly, Manager fairly surly and abrupt in manner, for example early one morning I needed a Bandaid for my finger and asked if they had a spare one - she pointed to outside and said "go and buy... I was forced due to recent floods in Thailand to seek alternative low cost accommodation for my wife and I. We opted for their superior room at a discounted 642THB per night excluding Breakfast. Location: located in Inthamara Soi 1/1, which is a quiet soi about 10 mins max walk to Saphan Kwai BTS station and or the Local Big... More

I had the pleasure to stay 2 nights in this 70's palace. It's an easy 5 minutes walk from the nearest BTS station. To be honest this hotel is stuck in the 70’s (not even the 80's) My room felt like an old Dallas episode hotel room and was in not such a good state. The hotel needs to be... More

The smell of smoke in the room was enough to discourage me from returning again. Initially booked to be located near to Chatujak weekend market but there were nicer hotels within walking distance of the market. It took us about 15 minutes by taxi into Bangkok central but you would be better paying more money and staying in the centre.... More

The room my friend and I got is the twin one. Overall it is a 1-star hotel with pretty decent facilities. It seems old but it's okay specially for budget traveller's like us. Security wise, it's okay too. The only con for the hotel I guess is their location which is pretty hard to find since we arrived at BKK... More

We booked this hotel in advance as the location was supposed to be fairly close to the Chutuchak Market, not so much.We were looking for something clean & simple.I spoke with the owner via email, all sounded great, breakfast was even included. When we arrived after a long 9 hour bus ride, tired and looking for a good night sleep,we were greatly disappointed. The man at... If you're after a cheap, clean and convenient place to stay then check out the Nice Palace Hotel in northern Bangkok. Staff are great, and most speak ok English. (Have a go with your phrasebook Thai and you will win many friends!) Rooms are clean but, depending on the room, the shower may be a tight squeeze if you're a... More
