On a positive note I have to say that the staff are unfailingly pleasant and they really try to cope, but it was necessary for me to move into 3 different rooms in my first 3 nights, including one on the 5th floor where the roof leaked and rainwater dripped directly onto my laptop....what can I say other than that...

Staffs are professional and polite. Rooms are big and spacious. Another plus point is the location, which is about 5-7 mins walk to Asok bts. That makes travelling to other parts of bangkok fast and accessible. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. I'll definitely return and book this hotel in my next trip to Bangkok.
