Walking out of this place after a treatment is hazardous! I felt like a happy, calm zombie when exiting onto Sukhumvit Road and almost got ran over by passersby!! I love this place! I went to this spa just few days ago and took Package B; 1,650 Baht (30 mins Himalayan Salts with Yogurt and Honey Scrub + 90 mins Macadamia Oil Massage with Fresh Herbal Balls). Te reviews of Urban Retreat and spa are dead on. It was a very nice experience. Very clean spa but quite small. If you are going I would recommend an appointment. There were 3 of us and only 2 of us could get the Thai massage. Great massage, great people and super relaxing. Don't go to Bangkok and not go... More

For locals the place is quite easy to reach from Phrom Pong BTS Station and then with a short ride by taxi or a 5 to 10 minutes walk. For Tourists it may be more difficult and I recommend to print the map from the webite to make sure you (or your taxi driver) will find the spa. Once you... More
