I stayed at Cha-Da Bangkok for 10 days. Very good buffet breakfast for Western and Asian cultures catered for and eggs cooked to order. Rooms basic but clean and functional and 2 bottles of drinking water provided - more on request . Located between two MRT [underground] stations that connect to BTS Skytrain all too easy. Pool on the roof... More

We stayed at the Cha Da for 4 nights at the beginning of our Thailand trip. We found staff to be helpful and we had no issues when requesting a room change as the one we were given was a little 'tired'. We were moved to a newly refurbished room which was much nicer. Our room was spacious, clean and... More

I agree with other reviews when you walk in the hotel all public areas are very nice but rooms are very basic and a bit shabby, Breakfast was ok no cooking station but quite a lot of choice. The staff at the coffee bar were hard work they didnt understand English very well. I enjoyed the poolof the roof that... More

I wanted to like Chada Hotel more after the warm reception we got at check-in, but . . . I bought a wotif mystery deal which was advertised as 'Conveniently located within the bustling heart of Bangkok, Newly opened, combining modern design and comfort, outstanding amenities and service with the traditional smiling Thai hospitality.' Ratchada Rd is certainly not the... More

Reception was efficient and the main lobby was clean, modern looking with a small coffee shop / bar. Rooms were adequate, clean and well equipped. No tea / coffee making facilities which was disappointing but 2 free bottles water every day. My room had a bath - much appreciated. Did had the odd mozzie in my room but they get... More

Not even close to 4 star. Lobby is still fine but rooms are poorly decorated. It is like a cheap express motel. Rates are cheap however. Go for other hotels if someone is looking for a real comfortable to stay in bangkok

We didn't last 2 nights in this hotel. The lobby is fantastic but work has not continued upstairs. It claims to be a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't give it 2. The rooms are falling apart, beds are harder than the floor, amenities are woeful, its miles from anywhere and the wifi is charged and slow. Breakfast was ordinary... More

after reading some of the previous reviews, i was slightly worried about the "club" on the 3rd floor. however, we never heard a single thing. the room we had was on the 6th floor, very modern, very convenient and excellent for the price.staff were all friendly though their english was pretty bad. the thing i liked most about this hotel... You can expect to have a comfortable stay at this hotel. The whole hotel has recently been refurbished, so the rooms are clean, well furnished and adequately serviced. There was no traffic noise, even though we were in a room overlooking the road. The location is fairly good. Plenty of taxis and buses pass by the front of the hotel,... More
