Was suppose to stay at this hotel for 2 nights but left after 1 night to move to a different hotel because it was so horrible. “Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Location”

The title says it all. The staff was absolutely superb. The room, though small, was comfortable and very well appointed. The hotel is ideally situated on Silom Road with oodles of restaurants, markets, and sightseeing nearby.

“Expect more from Novotel brand”

- Service of Bellboys is not good that much. We asked him to help to get a taxi as the raining outside, but he cannot help , just easily denied. - Less choices in Breakfast, no local Thai Food. - Bathroom and toilet is always wet because of the drainage.

“Its good hotel”

Its good location in bangkok .its close to silom night market . Room are very clean room with swiming pool & gyrm room . however, the hotel itself was fantastic. Bed excellent and all services offered in my package were available without a hassle. Next time i come back Bangkok i will stay here again

Clean rooms with speedy housekeeping service. Quite air con. that provides good sleeping quality. Noisy tourist groups in lobby area in morning & evening assemble time. Not attentive concierge service. Unclear transfer schedule from hotel to Sala Deng.
