Massive bed, comfy soft sheets, good aircon, clean room, very nice bathroom, decent views, 3 mins walk to Nana station. Love the lady on reception, no fake smiles, just genuinely nice woman. Also breakfast was surprisingly decent. But why don't they fix up the roof area?? It could be really nice but it's totally desolate.

The Promenade is a bit dated but the price is right, the staff are friendly and you are right in the middle of the Nana area. So much to do, eat and enjoy. I will stay there again!

Although in a quieter area the Promenade is handy to both Nana and soi Cowboy,the eating is great of the stalls in soi 8 and also some fine resturants.Shopping in Sukumvit is hard to beat and the shopping centres if thats what you do in Bangkok are all with in walking distance or closer by tuk-tuk.Always someone at the desk... in my opinion the hotel is a good compromise between comfort and price. would need to be renovated urgently but the cost of the rooms compensating the poor quality of furnishings. When I'm in Bangkok I always go to this hotel.
