You can find cheaper rooms in Bangkok but the location here is great (5 min walk from Kao San road, Chao Phraya, etc), rooms more than clean, wifi free in all the building, amazing breakfast and also fridge, cable tv, AC in the room... every time I'm in Bangkok I stay there.

This place is fairly decent for a backpacker hostel, but it's definitely a hostel. Room is okay... decent sized, a little shabby and ugly, but everything works, including the AC and shower.
