Nice apartments for a good price per month. Daily rates are 1600thb per night for a studio and 2200thb per night for deluxe room and 16000 and 32000 respectively per month. “Good Value alternative to Airport Hotel - but VERY hard beds”

The staff were polite & helpful, though with little English. The location is about 30 minutes from the Airport which is about 200Baht by taxi.
