We met Som a couple of years ago on our first visit to Bangkok at her bar on Soi 22 called Denny's, we spent alot of time in the bar and got to know Som had a gueshouse close by. This year we took her up on it and from the moment we arrived were made a complete fuss of.... More

We stayed at Som's Guest House 18 months ago and were very pleased with it so planned to stay again this trip. Then we read the previous bad review and got a bit nervous in case it had changed hands. Decided to give it another go and very pleased we did. The sheets were not only clean on arrival but... More

Dirty room, dirty sheets.I honestly don't think they had been changed from the previous guest. You could see mucky marks on bed sheets. Also, the previous guest had been a smoker,as you could still smell smoke every time you entered the room.

After I checked out from the Honey House Hotel, I went down the street to Som's. Not as conveniently located as Honey House, but not too long a walk to Sukumvit Rd. Since I was trying to check out of Honey House, I was trying to check-in at Som's at 08.30. But this presented no problems. When I walked into... More

Old rooms. Old furniture. In a toilet water proceeds. A very poor and bad breakfast. The main thing! The dishonest relation of the owner of it guesthouse (her name - Som) to clients. We have check in early in the morning only for one day. With the owner (Som) we have agreed that we will pay for only one day.... More

It is located in Soi 22 of Bangkok, in the quite but exciting section of the town. just a short cab, walk, or motor, to market, shop’s, bars, tours, banks, ATM’s, parks, museums, or shopping centers. Quite a way from the International Airport but in Bangkok what isn’t? The cab ride for me was 250/300 baht with tolls and tip.... More

We stayed here on recommendation from a friend. The guesthouse is located in a great location. The amenties are really basic, but they are clean. The room was remade everyday, and we got complimentary bottles of water. There was air conditioning in the room as well as a fridge. On the main street there are plenty of massage parlours and...
