This is the 2nd time i've stayed at this property, but for the price I paid, i'm very sure there are other better places to stay the night. It is a shame however, considering that it is very conveniently located, with Ximending and Taipei Train Station within 15 minutes walk. My first stay was a total shocker - run-down, noisy,... More

If you need a place to sleep go there. But if you need a place to rest and relax keep away! It needs a clean-up! Bathroom, bedroom, change of sheets and most of all people and their attitudes! The only good thing about this place is the location. But can't the owners see the potential? Don't ever go here. They... More

The hotel is in need of a spruce up. The carpet felt/look dirty, wall papers yellowing, the flush in the toilet is not working, no shower curtains and the list goes on. But the selling point is the location, in Ximending. Breakfast in the morning is good too. Near to the hotel, there are coin operated laundry machines which are... More

"You get what you paid for! Cheap, located near the MRT. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Courteous staff, except for the kitchen pantry. Free breakfast comes with the room. But if you're a meticulous eater, there isn't much of a variety served. Mostly Asian fare, with a day or two without rice. No fried or scrambled eggs, mostly hard boiled. Coffee... More

The staff was not friendly, cheerful nor helpful though they gave information when asked. The bathroom tiles were mouldy and cracked. The wallpaper was peeling. The lighting was insufficient. The water was very hot and that was good in Winter. They should have at least a shower curtain and either more racks or hooks for our clothes. The deluxe family... More

This is the first time I'm staying in a budget hotel anywhere and will be my last. The room is small and there's no shower curtain in the bathroom which will end up with a wet bathroom floor after shower. (I simply HATE this!) The personnels at the frontdesk are friendly and helpful enough but they're seriously shorthanded and there... More

This hotel is OK, if you have not paid too much for it. Its location is great, within walking distance to the Taipei main station (the its underground shopping mall). There is a 24 hr self service laundry within 3 mins walk from the hotel, a post office (where you can post your shopping home, even open on weekends !)... More

An old hotel, not expensive, but great location. You can catch a shuttle bus from the airport (takes about an hour!) to the Taipei West bus station, and this is located within walking distance of the hotel. Much cheaper than a taxi! Situated in the Ximen district, also close to MRT station. Lots of great places to eat nearby, coin... More
