Entrance is very grand and service at reception was excellent. The room was a little dated (although I understand it is a newer... More

Overall the experience was great, the service, rooms, facilities, food and even the staff who were a great help when we need to ask for directions. The only down side is its location, not so walking distant with the commercial areas and is... More

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. I heard its new so most of the furnishing was also new. I have to be honest, the whole set up looked gaudy which explains why its called Boutique hotel. While most of the time, you can get by but if Chinese is not your first language you will have... More

Hotel's location wasn't the best but it wasn't difficult for a taxi to find it after I alighted from an airport bus. I was hoping it was next to a mrt station but that was 15mins walk away. Hotel lobby was decent but not grand unlike a big brand hotel. But when I entered the room I was pleasantly surprised.... More

It's a hotel that is just over one year old. The first thing one will notice is that you get to check-in in front of one of three manager's desk seated in a very comfortable chair. So much more comfortable than your standard behind a counter, standing check-ins. All hotel staffs, starting with the door man to the concierge and... More
