Loved the big rooms and the peaceful setting but you really need to ask yourself if the distance to get there is worth it since there is no complimentary shuttle anywhere, all trips incur fees and potential waits for vehicles. The staff do go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I don't usually stay in upscale hotels, but we got a good deal here. Beautiful fixtures, clean, comfortable and well-kept rooms. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. And walking distance to any number of places. Highly recommended.

For a 5 * resort, the stay was not pleasant. The tap in the bathroom was not working. The toilet flush struggled to operate. The service in the restaurant was appalling. Long wait for service. Shisha overpriced and not good quality for NR 932 a shot.

Truly a lovely experience! Wonderful staff and a very relaxing respite. Only 30 minutes from downtown Kathmandu yet you feel like you are a world away nestled in the forest. Spa and forest walk are musts!
