I stayed in this hotel two weeks ago. It was just ok for what you pay for it. The pool was closed for renovations, which was quite annoying as this was one of the main reasons for chosing this hotel.

To be brief, the windows and sills were coated with pigeon dung. The pigeon cooed from pre-dawn to dark. Veneer on furniture was split and peeling off. The drapes were shabby and faded. The paint was marred and bathroom caulking was faded. The tour company rep. moved us after one night.

Awesome service, friendly staff members who are willing to go out of the way and help and that is a must in the service industry. The rooms are really comfortable and huge. The location of the hotel is amazing and so is the food. One of the better hotels in Nepal!
