“Poorly ran motel”

After a weeks stay at this motel it is very poorly ran and not keep up. Manager has become complacent. Had to call for clean towels, never replaced toliet paper, never vacuumed room, never cleaned shower or toliet during entire weeks stay. Motel condition is poor and in need of repair. Checked in 10/28/11 Small tv stacked on top of unplugged mini fridge. Bed was bowed in middle. Room smelled horrid. No heat to the room, woke up freezing. Woman and I twisted and pulled and yanked on shower handle and the water wouldn't turn on. The bedding was stained and dirty. At night a roach crawled across the table and... More

This is one of the worst hotels in Kansas. The hotel staff including the manager are very rude! Even though this hotel is a budget hotel, you would expect friendly service! More

Rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Staff is friendly. New air conditioners kept room comfortable. More

The place is a dump... the floor was dirty, the sheets were dirty, there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor, I can"t beleive we slept there I was awakened by a leaking ceiling on my head in bed...to quote betty davis WHAT A DUMP More
