This place was fine, but not a great value. The rooms felt a little dingy, the breakfast wasn't very good, and some of the staff were pretty unfriendly. It's really close to downtown though. Better to go across the street to Auberge La Caverne, in my opinion - brighter rooms and better breakfast.

The Dream Inn is well located in the centre of Kigali, with the Nakumatt Centre up the hill and the Nyabugogo taxi park at the bottom.
