There are several strong positives to staying at the Radisson Blu, the staff at the reception desk speak very good English in addition to French and Bambara, and are both professional and helpful; the hotel is located out side the bustle of down town - a quieter location; and the equipment in the gym all works! A nice added touch... More

Spacious rooms, good service, decently equipped gym, helpful staff and centrally located. The only slight shortcoming is thin spread of menu and bar stocking but a good breakfast spread over shadowed this weakness

It's not going to get any better than this in the dusty capitol of Mali. We arrived from Casablanca in the dead of the night and were a bit alarmed when we drove down dirt roads to get to the hotel. I seemed as if we were not heading in the right direction. In the end we were happy to... More

Water and power go out some, but that's standard for Bamako. Skeeters wern't too bad, but a few in the lobby. Rooms are clean, but nothing fancy. Bamako hotels tend to be over priced in general, no exception here.

Very impressed by staff, standards of room and overall amenities. Pretty high-tech. This is certainly a good choice for a business traveller coming to Bamako. Internet works well and there is also a pool for relaxation at the end of the day.

Following all my previous stay in Bamako, I can now compare the 3 main hotels, Salam, Amitié and Radisson. And definitively, Radisson is the best in town and best value for money! Not perfect for European standard, but above my (high) expectation even for Africa. Ideally located in a quiet and safe area but not far from city center, I... More

I am an American living in Dakar, Senegal. I travel throughout West Africa for my job and for vacation and have stayed in many hotels in many countries in the region. This was my second visit to the Radisson Blu Bamako. The first was for two weeks and this was for three weeks. In short, I would say if you... More

Jazzy, unattractive decor, weird little rooms and slow, slow service. Find another hotel!
