It was the first time that I've visited Lilongwe, and therefore the first time I've stayed at the Lodge. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is fantastic and the rooms stunning! The next time I'm in Malawi, I will defiantly stay at the Lodge again! Thank you to Guy and Maureen for their hospitality.

We stayed here on our last night in malawi after climbing mount sapitwa in mulanje. This place was a little slice of paradise. Beautiful grounds, fabulous rooms, staff were great, food was good. Overall have no complaints about this place, was fabulous.

I tend to be nervous when I think of country properites but this one did not disappoint. It was a 20 minute drive from the airport by hotel shuttle. Probably the best place we stayed in three weeks travelling all over Malawi. Great, spacious, comfortable rooms. Good food, lovely setting, exceptional staff and owners who are hands-on and clearly care about their customers, their staff and their business. Only 10-15 minutes from New/Old Town on empty roads and well worth the journey. No pool but you won't miss it.... More
