I have stayed in Addis numerous times and have tried to find a good balance between the overpriced super hotels and the mid-range-but-not-quite-nice hotels, and I think Ceasar's is the best I've found. The owner and his family are incredibly friendly and treated us like their personal guests, and the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent...
