Ilala Lodge sits right above the falls on the Zimbabwean side. For the most part the staff were quite friendly. Very helpful. Welcome guava juice was a nice touch. The only real problem we ran into was when it came time to pay, they had problems connecting with the credit card machines, which apparently happens quite often. We would recommend staying at the Ilala Lodge to anyone travelling to Victoria Falls. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff at the Ilala Lodge made the entire experience.
