We had a wonderful stay at Bowood Lodge. Christine was an excellent host and Tendai makes a great breakfast. The kids also had a great time running around the yard, chasing the guinnea fowl and playing with the puppies. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Set in the leafy suburbs of Mount Pleasant, away from the city centre, this is a safe, clean & comfortable B&B with a pool. The owner is lovely. This feels like a home from home. A good place to meet fellow business travellors.

We spent a week at Bowood Lodge and wished it were longer. We had a lovely double room with direct access to the lovely large garden (complete with guinea fowl and swimming pool). Christine is a very sympathetic, friendly hostess who made us feel very much at home. The charming Tendai also looked after us well, cooking us delicious breakfasts.... More
