The Hotel Excel in Tunis is a wonderful, wonderful place to stay. The staff are helpful, friendly, and fluent in English, the location (just across from the Hotel Africa on Ave Habib Bourguiba) could not be better, and the rooms were clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone traveling to Tunis.
