My first time staying at this hotel and was impressed. Initially for one night to be close to Zanzibar ferry we re booked on returning from Zanzibar as well. Staff very competent and helpful especially as we had to catch an early flight . No problems settling bill and getting transport at 04h30

The service was quite fine save for the internet that i was told to pay for and i declined then opted for the use of a cyber cafe outside the hotel.How ever i still find the hotel convenient since it is located in the city centre and taxis are readily available just outside the hotel
