OK Tangier was packed out for the Jazz festival and the only place I could find was Cesar. It's on the corniche with a view over it and the beach towards the old port. We needed a place to stay in Tangiers so that we could catch an early ferry back to Spain, and the Cesar (not to be confused with the hostel of the same name) was a decent choice.
