Hotel was okay, however, definitely not 5 stars. Breakfast and dinner were average, rooms reasonably clean but in need of a make-over. Staff could not speak English very well. We stayed here as part of a Moroccan tour but in my opinion, a different hotel needs to be found for those of us paying extra for 5 star accommodation. Disappointing.

Too many stars and too expensive for this hotel with dark rooms, out of fashion decoration, limited service (internet is out of price and staff is slow and incapable). Breakfast was okay but the venue casts a really gloomy and depressing atmosphere. Avoid.

Firstly can I say this is not a 5 star hotel. Avoid it !!!! Rooms are not clean, they are old and tired. The whole hotel needs refurbishment.
