We stayed in the Riad Shaden for 4 nights, before moving on (Pre planned!) to a different Riad to meet with some friends. Got a great deal on one of the suites from Lastminute (Not sure which one it was - but would definitely book the same again if we revisited) It was a lovely little haven from what many... More

Thank you for your review of Riad Shaden, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and were well looked after by Said and Youssef. The only point I would like to reply to is your comment regarding alcohol. Like all riads in the medina (regardless of what other riads may tell you) we do not... More

This was by far the most expensive Riad we stayed in throughout our 3 weeks in Morocco. Although it was nice , and everything very new , i don't think it was worth what we paid for it. It is very far from the Djemaa and all the sights, shopping etc. Our room was very nicely furnished , but small... More

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you chose only to make negative comments but would like to respond to them. Riad Shaden has a range of rooms and suites at different prices. Your main concern on booking was the price, and you were therefore allocated our smallest (and least expensive) room. Yes, you were on the ground... More

Absolutely love love loved staying at Riad Shaden- one of the best holidays I have ever been on!! My sister and I booked for 4 nights and we were blown away by the vibrant location, wonderful staff and the value of the accommodation. Youseff and Said were so very helpful, booking hammams, restaurant reservations, escorting us to pick and drop... More

We hired the whole Riad for my sisters 50th birthday and stayed for 3 nights (not long enough)!! We where a group of 15 middle aged females and enjoyed every minute from start to end.... The locals were very welcoming, the food was "different" the atmosphere, cultutre and hospitality second to none. We found our way to and from the... More

After many visits to Marrakech we found the ideal Riad but were then disappointed to find out it was up for sale, when we discovered that the owner had bought a larger establishment called Riad Shaden we had no hesitation in giving it a try as the previous Riad had been excellent. Although further from the square [10 – 15... More

We are an aged couple; we booked our holiday throw an agency (wich is not great, better to do it directly with the hotel). We booked transfer with different agency, when we arrived at the airport we did not find the name of the agency, but the manager of Riad shaden who called “Youssef” sent us his own driver and... Our family of two adults and three children stayed in November 2011. We had the place to ourselves for most of the time and were upgraded which was nice. The riad is peaceful and relaxing, the staff were pleasant and always available. Abdul drove us from the airport and he was great, speaks good English and pointed out the interesting... More
