A week in early March in Marrakech at Riad Soumia, was a real treat. Owners Christine and André, have completely modernized and tastefully decorated this old moroccan house, right in the Medina. Wether your room is opening directly to the patio, with its orange, olive trees, aromatic plants, on the top floor with a terrace, view of the Medina and... More

We stayed here for four nights and loved it. Great hospitality from the team and a fantastic peaceful retreat after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. It is close to the main square but far enough away to feel like an escape from the centre. Highly recommended.

We were in Marrakesh for two nights and this was the perfect place to stay! Andre, Abdullah, and the rest of the staff were great. Sorry we missed Christine. The Riad was in the best location. In the middle of everything. Andre gave us great suggestions (ie, excellent Indian restaurant, Les Jardins de Bala). Rooms were nice and comfortable and... More

Andre, Christine and their staff, Abdullah and Zahira, were the most hospitable hosts. The impeccable service and suggestions made for a wonder stay in Marrakech. We spent 3 nights in a triple room. The rooms are spotless and the beds were comfortable. We were able to enjoy happy hour in the courtyard and relax from the day of shopping and... More

Anyone going to Marrakech I would recommend you stay at this riad. The owners could not be more friendly or helpful in meeting all of your needs.
