We had lunch at this hotel and can't understand how this is part of Small Leading Hotels. The main restaurant is by the pool which at first sight looks quite nice and with an interesting international menu. We noticed after sitting down plenty of the table cloths on the tables were dirty and not ironed. Furniture was old and need... More

We stayed at the Royal Golf Palace (please read my other review if you have time) which is part of the PGP group and were recommended to eat here for our last evening as most of the hotel restaurants were closed due to Ramadan. Such a beautiful setting, but ... only one charming waiter who was trying his best to... More

very relaxed, away from the hustle and bustle. lovely suite (was upgraded). pool area is lovely and very quiet. nothing much to do there except relax by pool or in suite. breakfast adequate. did not eat other meals there. olny drawbacks are the wifi is grossly inadequate (had to go to office to get signal, not available in my suite)... Infrastructure is tearing down, urgent remodelling necessary. Staff is friendly but service is very poor. The swimming pool seems to be public for the whole of Marrakech. For that price u can get much better. It 's a mystery how they became part of www.slh.com

Our group had rooms in the Jardins d'Ines complex, Pavillon du Golf complex and in the Golf Club. We had no rooms in the main hotel so I cannot comment on those. During our stay we had several complaints about sewage smells in the bedrooms and lack of hot water. The hotel seemed to find the hot water problem difficult... More

Loved the pace of life in this hotel. The suites are spacious and well equipped. The staff are courteous and very welcoming. The pool occupied us all the day. This is a place for just chilling and be with your family and reading .There is nothing else to do and thats whayt we wanted . You can get a minibus... More

This was a lovely hotel. We peeked our noses into Branson extravaganza and preferred Les Jardin at a fraction of the price! The rooms are all very comfortable suites and the garden pool and restaurant excellant. Te staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of the Palmerie complex so one can play golf or visit the spa.... More

We stayed at the Jardin d'Ines for a long weekend whilst attending a wedding nearby. The staff was very curteous and helpful if a little ineffective and slow at times. Our suite was lovely, very big with lots of space a lovely decor, a working fireplace (not that we needed it in that weather, but I imagine it would be... More

Les Jardins d'Ines is a very cute, jewel like little hotel. The gardens are very well kept & the staff does its best to please your every need. Ths very private retreat has a chic yet local feeling about itself. Being part of the Golf Palmeraie Palace group, you can also have access to the other restaurants of the resort... More

We transferred from the sister Hotel - Pavillon du Golf after one nights stay (the Pavillon was characterless and apartment style and certainly didn't have the feel of a 5 star Hotel), with the Jardin's Duty Manager exceeding all expectations and arranging an immediate transfer after showing us two suites. Apart from the Bathroom, which had the same dreadful tiles... More
