We spent three days in this beautiful Riad located in the medina, and just 10 mins walk from the famous Jamaa el Fna square and the souk. We loved the refined decoration, the warm welcome, and discreet and efficient staff. We'd return to this Riad for our next stay in Marrakech in a heart beat. Thank you again for a... More

Marrakech is great. It's busy, noisy and mad, but great fun. The Riad Lotus Pearl is situated just 10 min walk from the main El De Fna square in the heart of the souks. Every time we returned from the madness, we felt like we were on the most tranquil and peaceful place. The staff were wonderful and there for... More

In a busy, noisy foreign city you need some quite place of refuge, and this hotel is perfect. Sitting on the sunny roof terrace for breakfast is so sheltered from the sounds of the street that you can forget you are in a city at all. In the early (February) evenings we shared a bottle of wine in an alcove... More

Arrived 29th Jan and driver waiting as arranged, both driver and vehicle of good standard. Once arrived in Marrakesh we were taken to Riad Ambre and left for almost one hour in the central courtyard with no explanation - just told to wait, it was now 6pm and we only had one night in Marrakech. Eventually the manager of Pearl... More

We stayed from the 24th to the 28th of June, the service was exceptional, the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was stunning, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend, they enhanced our stay, and made Marrakesh a memorable trip for us. I hugged them when we were leaving, I only wish I could take them... More

Fantastic Riad in the Northern part of the Medina, about a 15 minutes walk to Jemma el Fna through the heart of the souk. We stayed for three nights and had the most fabulous time in this little Riad. They only have 5 rooms, and most of the time it feels as if you have the house to yourselves. Thuis... More

This is a real find-an oasis in the middle of a busy city. We felt all our troubles melt away as we stepped through the solid, wooden door. Such friendly staff who would do anything we asked. The breakfast was really good. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel-it was a home from home but much more plush and... More

This was classed as a 5 star Riad but I was disappointed. We went for a night before going to Atlas mountains. We arrived after midnight and I just wanted to get to bed. But on reflection when out of town, decided would prefer to move Riads. Was told this was not possible as everywhere in group was full, so... More

We spent a memorable five nights in the Coca Chanel Suite of Riad Lotus Pearl and will return to this favourite five room Marrakech riad. Lotus Pearl features an interior design, decor and furnishings which combine the best of luxury with a traditional feel - a beautiful marble plunge pool in the inner courtyard for a refreshing "dip" after exploring... I loved this hotel. Its decor was different. The rooms were really clean, the bath huge. Its in a great position and a briliant place to go with a group of friends as it only has 5 rooms. The roof terrace was sunny and a great place to relax. The staff didnt have things such as a map of the... More
