Hotel was lovely and food was ok. They have one person who speaks english and even he speaks poor english. It mostly caters for french customers. Staff arent very helpful and theres no literature or maps for traveling. More

Hotel is tired. Certainly not 4-5 Star. Booked through Easyjet and they will be hearing from me to complain about the FOOD and their agreement with the star rating. It is a joke but not anything to laugh at. I lost weight. The food was cold and most unappetising. Hard boiled eggs for breakfast was the best you could get.... More

Got the hotel as part of an easyjet minibreak - four nights there. The rooms are comfortable and clean, if a little scuffed; there are very pleasant grounds and pool that are excellent after a hot day in the frenetic city. For economy we went half board; the food was pretty good. Lots of excellent salad and fruit, however the... More

We've just returned from 4 nights in mid march and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel lobby and grounds are very nice and well kept, the rooms are slightly dated now with dents etc in the walls but it was very clean. I'm sure a fresh lick of paint would make a big difference. We only dined once at the... More

Got a bargain deal at this hotel so given the cost, the stay was excellent. The hotel is a long way from the centre of Marrkech (15m by taxi), and we needed taxis for every outing, but these were easy to get and not too expensive. Rooms at the hotel were very big and the beds comfortable but due to... More

Stayed here before, and came back 22nd December. Biggest problem with this hotel is that it is empty, I would guess that there are about 6 families staying here, it's very cold they only put the heating on about 8pm, The public areas are freezing, need to wear an overcoat for dinner, came to bed early last night because the bar was... If something looks really cheap; there are reasons why it looks cheap! This hotel is really aged and seems like has never been renovated. It may have been a 5* 20 years ago..the standards have since dropped to floor levels. If you`re after a luxurious touch to your stay: please stay away from it. More of a 2*/3* place now. Although... More

After having read through the reviews on here, there are some valid points and some not so. This hotel probably is 5 star based on moroccan standards. The food isn't great, but it's not that great anywhere in marrakech. Yes taxi's will try rip you off, but there is always the bus.. Or barter... The location was ideal for us... More

We took a last minute break to what we thought was going to be a Birthday Beau. The hotel cannot be blamed for the ghastly weather which rained every single day. All in all the hotel had some faults but was a decent escape from the beggars and con artists which seem to haunt you everywhere you go. We did... More
