Unfortunately, google maps doesn't give an accurate walking route for Riad Jakoura and after pacing up and down Rue El Gza, we were extremely relieved to find the door to the riad after working out the directions provided in the email. The riad is lovely and cosy and has got a nice terrace for guests to enjoy. At 21euros, the price... More

The first night I was given a very small room with poor lighting. When I complained about this, I was given a larger more comfortable room Even so, the lighting was dim and the switch was outside the room. The breakfast of crêpes, flaky pastry, bread with jam and honey was good. Coffee and mint tea flowed. This was served... More

Comfortable small riad run by a nice family. The owner is very polite and doesn't disturb you. We had a feeling that we were living in our own home. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nothing luxury but they have everything you need and a great value for money if you are on budget. Good breakfast. Was easy to find with... More

Riad Jakoura was a real exciting find for us. It’s nestled into the historic district only a few minutes walk from the market but in a secluded off the main street location that affords privacy and a peaceful environment in which to enjoy the Riad and all of its personality and ambiance. Rooms are small but well done. A big... More

We stayed for one week in december. Nice, clean room, with ac to warm it up during cold nights. Located in the medina, about 15 min walk to Jema El Fna, and 5 min to the central bus station. Great value for the money, continental breakfast, with coffee and ment tea included. Our host Mohamed was very helpful, and we... More

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good decision. The owner is great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but the beds were fine and I was comfortable at 6'2" in them! The Riad has a courtyard where the rooms face onto and a nice roof terrace to relax. Breakfast was excellent and included... More

The owner from the riad offered us a organized trip to cascade d'ouzout and the desert, Merzouga for a nice price. He made a lot of stops during the way where we had the opportunity to take some pictures and informed us in English very well. We stayed a night in the desert and it was a really great experience... Once we found the riad (down a side street next to a pharmacy), it was clean, friendly and convenient. Our host was very chilled out and helped us get our bearings and organise a trip to Essaouira. Our room was clean and functional and there is good wifi connection in the courtyard, although it was less reliable in our room.... More

We had a bad experience to arrive in this Riad because out taxi driver left us too much far but when we arrived we had just great time. Thanks to Staff for great time and conversation about life and experiences on terrace. Good location (10 mins to Jaama El-Fna Square), clean room.
