I really advice to stay away from this place. The stuff was very rude for all the time! The cost was only 19euro per night and the riad had very good reviews so we book it through booking.com. When we arrived we were informed that we have to pay also city tax of ammount of 8euro (we got know later that... More

We booked 2 nights in Riad Hannah for our second time in Marrakesh. When we went there the Lady at the reception, who was a little bit unpleasant, told us that our room was not ready...so we waited but then a boy brought us to another Riad that was right at the end of the same street, 30 seconds walking... A very pleasant little hotel located within the old city, about 5-10 minutes' walk of Djemaa El-Fna and most tourist sites once you know your way around. The roof terrace is lovely in sunny weather and the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the girl at reception who was an absolute delight. Breakfast is small but free and sets... More

The location, the bedrooms, the toilets, the terrace and the panorama over there, the food,... I liked everything. Besides you´ll enjoy the company of the employees. This hotel makes you want to repeat the trip to Marrakesh!!

My friend and I stayed at the Riad for 5 nights in April. The riad is more of a traditional guest house and not a hotel. The breakfast was lovely and saved any hassle of venturing outside! Our room was very small, the bathroom tiny however it was clean, didn't smell and the shower was lovely and warm! There is... More

Do not reserve this hotel. This hotel is located inside the slums full of beggars and criminals. When I arrived at this hotel, the staff made us pay an additional 50 dirhams per person for each day we had reserved it for. She told us that it's for the city tax, but we found out later that she had put... More

The hotel is clean and the rooms suitable (aside from not having a door on the bathroom) however we left as fast as we could! After a confusion with booking.com, the manager/staff began yelling at us as if the problem was our fault. They refused to call booking.com or agoda.com to resolve the issue (as my email instructed to do)... More

We stayed at Riad Hannah in January 2013. Visitors should be aware it is a traditional guest house rather than a normal hotel. It is in the heart of the souks and medina so is surrounded by the madness and mayhem that is Marrakesh. Once you accept the difference you will love this. We were made so very welcome at... More

We had booked a mini getaway and while we didn't have many issues with the hotel, we did find that our room smelled really bad due to the damp that had developed in the bathroom. They do seem to just paint over the the areas which the paint has not dried or peeled away. We found that a problem when... More

The staff is great, breakfast was tasty unfortunately the riad needs alot of work done. I had 3 different rooms: first one was terrible due to mold growing all over the shower. I had to be moved because I couldn't breathe and got a bad headache. The second room was only slightly better with no smell but still a bad... More
