A fantastic riad! Perfect location : in the medina, just next to the Bab Doukala (where you can pick up a taxi very easily to visit the modern city), impeccabile service (you can ask Jamila, the housekeeper, to teach you a few tricks to prepare back at home local dishes), charming rooms (lovely local decor and very clean bathrooms), wonderful... We have just returned from a wonderful week at Riad Atman. The house is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail (little silver bottles filled with shampoo in the shower, lovely cushions on the four-poster bed etc). The housekeeper Jamila made our stay completely stress free, serving a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace every morning and cooking... More

Riad Atman is situated really conveniently in Bab Doukalla, meaning that taxis can bring you to within five minutes of the entrance, the bus station is again five minutes away while the main square, Dja el Fnaa is a mere ten minute walk away. It is an absolute haven in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Jamila, the housekeeper/chef, is... More

Located in the bab doukallah area of marrakech medina, which is where a lot of the locals live and do their shopping from our experience. So a great place to live if you're planning on living the local life and getting involved with bartering/shopping like the locals. About a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Jem el Fna square so a... Wife and I certainly had a good time in the riad and had been extremely well looked after by Jamila the superb housekeeper / chef who made sure we were totally comfortable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality showered on us. More

The riad was fantastic and a very good choice for a vacation in Marrakesh! Everything was perfect: the location, the room, the service. Very attractively decorated and extremely clean. And thanks to Jamila, so helpful and attentive to our needs and wishes, we felt as being at home. I will always remember the beautiful sunset seen from the terrace while... More

I was sceptical at the beginning because I usually go to hotel, but Atman really change my idea. Very confortable and, above all, clean rooms, wonderful terrace and walking distance from the main square. The lady who prepared the breakfast was really nice and ready to help on everything. For sure I place that I reccomend everyone. More

Charming B&B to escape the hustle and bustle of the souk (and London!). The rooms are elegant with comfortable beds, the beautiful terrace is the perfect place to begin and end your day (with good breakfast!), the location is a 15 minute walk to the main square and taxis are ready to whisk you away to other places of interest!... I went there with a group of friends and really enjoyed the stay. Service was amazing, waking up with great Moroccan tea and freshly squeezed orange juice, courtesy of Jamila. The place is super clean and welcoming. They arranged pickup for us from the airport, and had a trusted taxi guy carrying us around the whole time. Food was excellent,... More

Our stay was most enjoyable from being met at Marrakech airport by a smiling Ahmed (organised by the Riad's owner), settled into our rooms at Riad Atman with a mint tea offered by the charming Jamila, breakfasting under a large sun umbrella on the terrace and exploring the typical market a stone's throw from the Riad. The bustle of the... More
