Had a wonderful stay here in May, temperatures were up to 46 degrees so our air conditioned room was lovely, the rooms are kept spotless by the friendly staff and we dont have any negative comments about the hotel, there's no licence for alcohol as yet so we went next door to the Caspien, we ate there too a few... Very comfortable hotel. I think it is quite new and was very clean with new paintwork and good, sturdy if dark, furniture. Very good value for the price we paid. The room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. Not enough drawer space but that's the norm for most hotels I find. Shower was large with plenty of... More

A group of 9 of us stayed in this hotel (mixed couples and singles) and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and pretty much what it said on the tin! Breakfast was basic and the pool only had sun for around 1 - 2 hours a day due to high walls surrounding it; however the hotel rooms were cleaned... More

Me and my wife went to Marrakesh for our first year anniversary and after looking at reviews this hotel looked suitable to us. We wanted a nice clean hotel good location to use as a base because we knew we were going to be out most of the day. We had a nice room with balcony with a king size... More

just got back from holiday to marrakech. the hotel was not as described. Althought its nice its not adequate for a week in marrakech. firstly: the pool is too small and only approx 1 hour of sunshine!!!!! we had to find another hotel with decent pool to sunbathe round!!!! the noise from furniture being moved on the marbel floors was... There seems to be some confusion with the reviews for this hotel - make sure you read the correct ones for your chosen hotel as there is also "Riad les Trois Palmiers" which is a completely different place, more traditional and in the Medina. We stayed in the modern hotel in the new part of the city. All the reviews... More

We stayed here last July (2011) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were shown to a room which smelt of drains so were moved immediately to another which was small so again shown another room which was perfect...all the while the member of staff did nothing but smile and try to accommodate our needs!! Throughout our stay the... More

My husband and I stayed here for a 5 day city break. It was our first time in Morocco. This riad provided an ideal base for exploring Marrakech from the new town to the old. Once you get your bearings it is not hard to navigate from here. It is within easy walking distance of the Majorelle Gardens with a... More

This hotel was ideally situated within short walking distance of the main road into central Marrakech in a quiet suburb but with some restaurants and bars close by. A short taxi ride into central Marrakech was only 20 dirham and there were usually taxis outside the hotel. The hotel was very clean, staff were both helpful and very friendly and... More

The hotel was conveniently situated within a few minutes walking distance of the main Mohammed V highway into central Marrakech but in a quiet leafy suburb. There was always a taxi into the centre available during the day - cost 20 dirhams, don`t pay any more!. The room was a good size, very clean with a small balcony, air conditioning,... More
