Incredible view, incredible food, incredible city..... In one word is excellent. The staff is very respectful and helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet, good service. I enjoyed it very much and I recommend it for short and long visits.

The hotel is privately located on top of the hill overlooking the Medina. It is nice and quiet with elegance. Though the hotel is kind of old, it is well kept and maintained. This is a functional place to stay in. It has a coffee shop and a Moroccan restaurant, a bar and a lounge. It is a bit removed from the city of Fes. Of all the hotels we stayed in Morocco, this was the most disappointing. The rooms were small and conventional, nothing special. It needs updating, although the lobby of the hotel was lovely. The view from the hotel was also spectacular. However, if you are just in Fez to visit the Medina, it is perfectly adequate.
