Don't expect too much from this place. Really regretted not bringing my sleeping bag liner as the bedlinen wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing but at least the power socket worked. The staff were non respondent. More

I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions when I have travelled in Morocco. It is a good budget hotel. If people expect four star service and accommodation they should book four star accommodation. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very well located for visiting the tourist areas of Casablanca. I have always found the staff to... More

We entered late to the hotel like 11 pm. Before eating something we wanted to use the toilets near the restaurant. They were so bad that we could not use them!! In the rooms, the sheets were not clean, they changed it. The morning coffee was cold and not fresh, they did nothing. Above all they stole my aliminium water... More

The staff at this hotel were the most unhelpful I encountered in my 2 week stay in Morocco. They completely ignore you and continue to talk amongst themselves or to their friends when they can see you standing there waiting. The bed was hard as they all are in Morocco. There was good shower pressure & temperature though. The sound... More

Neither bad or good. Morocco Clean-meaning they don't bother with walls or corners, etc. If they don't expect you to touch it, why bother cleaning it. The people seemed friendly, but were unable to direct me to a place for toiletries.( There is a supermarket 5 blocks away, and a little store 2 blks from hotel.) The room was large... More

This was the hotel chosen by our tour group to start and end our tour of Morocco. Surly reception staff a room that the lights and air conditioner didn't work sum up the experience. I don't think any of the airconditioners actually work in any of the rooms. It is is in a good location but it is in need... More

Don't depend on Google Maps to lead you to this hotel as it doesn't give the right location. The hotel is located about 1 block west of the Casa Sheraton, just south of the Avenue de l'Armee Royal. It is convenient to the Medina and the Central Market. The main customers appear to be Moroccan businessmen and small tour groups... More

As a young female solo traveller I was happy to stay in this hotel for the five nights I visited Casablanca. During my flight from Paris I met a few travellers who expressed concern over the safety of internet bookings so I was very relieved when I arrived and the hotel did actually exist! My expectations were quite low as... More

We stayed there 3 nights, I cant think of anything that was so terrible, but the feeling you get is that the hotel is run down and all the windows are really dirty on the outside. Which means that when you look out upon the city, it makes everything appear even dirtier. Breakfast was ok. Bed was hard as a... More

I have few good things to say about this hotel. They did not have the reservation that our travel agent made (the agent that we used to book the trip is very responsible and thorough, so I find it difficult to believe that the error was hers). The woman at the front desk, Sofia, was nasty and had no interest... More
