The quality of this hotel is overstated. Paid full-price, 3 months in advance (part of vacation package) to be given a small, dirty room, with no view. A request for a better room was met with a surly response and an untrue statement that the hotel was fully booked. Another room was offered, with only one bed, when the booking... More

A local friend booked me here when we had an extra day in Casablanca. It cost $100 and for that price, and the location on the waterfront, it was OK value. But in absolute terms its pretty crummy and I wouldn't go back. Staff more interested in talking amongst themselves or others when checking me in. The room was basic,... More

This hotel looks nice on the outside however inside the room, the phone, the fridge and the safe did not work, the shelves were falling off the walls and then to top it all the staff was very unfriendly and not helpfull when you asked them to fix anything. They got angry when you brought water in the hotel and... More

i am sure that casablanca is lovely, but the events that led up to my stay at the riad salam were horrible, thus tainting my perspective of the hotel. the royal air morocco had lost my group's luggage, so we arrived with no clothes and in terrible moods. the hotel staff was rather cold and, though i don't expect everyone... The view at this hotel is lovely. I loved going to sleep listening to the ocean and waking to the waves crash. The restaurant onsite was very good, much better than the ocean front restaurants close by and the prices were decent. I stayed with my boyfriend. By law unmarried couples are not allowed to share a room but the... More

This hotel shows the problem with the evaluation system here. It is not average but Very Good is a bit too high but there is nothing in between. I chose this hotel because of the location. It was a decision that I never regretted. I was impressed before I even got to the hotel as the Concierge had twigged that... More

I stay in a different hotel almost every week and NEVER before have I arrived and reached for the comment slip straight away. Check in was unpleasant as the staff clearly didn't want to serve me and took phone calls during the process and talked about me to each other in French while I was standing there. The room had... It was still hot start of october, but the swimming pool was already empty - big disappointment. Anyway the rooms were nice and there was good restaurant, where you can enjoy dinner with traditional Morrocan music. Transportation is good in Casablanca, so it is 10 mins by taxi to city centre and about 30 mins to airport. Hotel is just... More

We booked a double room for 5 nights during UK school half term holiday break end of October 2011. Met my bell captain and bags taken to our room. Reception staff not over friendly but no complaints. Room had twin beds and not double, clean room but not much hotel information to hand. Breakfast fair - spent the firstday by... More

We stayed here only one night for the begining of our tour. First impressions were very good lots of room, clean, friendly. Right on the private beach which was beautiful, though we did not have chance to experience it..made great photos though! The pool was amazing an unconventional shape and with many depths for an accomplished swimmer to enjoy. A... More
