I'd like to review the hotel but I never got past the lobby. Despite my pre-paid web reservation 5 days earlier via Easy Click Travel, they had no room for me. They were very courteous, had my taxi held and sent their doorman with me to the Hotel Rivoli and arranged for a room there, all at no extra cost...

First stayed here as part of webtourMaroc 10 day tour this was our first night and the last night of the tour.
if you book with webtourmaroc be prepared to treat by the tour guide as some sort of mindless individual where he attempts too control what you do daily usually to front one of his little commision scams and...

Spent one night here en route to airport. It was definitely on the more affordable side of listings (about 70 bucks) but as others say, NOT a four-star hotel. Lobby is nice, bar/restaurant decent, but the room was bad. Bathroom cabinets missing knobs/handles, cover plates falling off electrical outlets, noisy & ineffective air conditioner that dripped water on the carpet...

Fairly good hotel located in the heart of Casablanca city. Casa Port train station is about 15 mins walk. The rooms are clean and descent. Its good for the price you pay.
Hotel also has a Lounge bar. However, hardly any staff knows English in the hotel and as a result it creates a lot of problem. There is free...

They checked us into a room that you could not sleep in because it was smelling of damp it became so hard to breathe. The bathroom...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was cold, and the bathroom had seen better days. Everything about this hotel had a run-down feeling. It is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The staff was very unfriendly. We came back after four days and wanted to spend another night befor our early flight. The people at the...

Not only is it tired and shabby, none of the hotel employees speak English. Couple this with inedible food and rude and ungracious service in the dinning room, no towels, toilet paper, or soap initially in the room, and a ghastly view, you would be well advised to stay elsewhere.

Hotel was located in a iffy part of town. The Hyatt, and the medina were within walking distance. View was of many rooftops of buildings, an area behind a building where there was a lot of junk and off in the distance the King Hussain V mosque. During the day it would be okay to walk but not at night. Fights...
