Lobby was inviting & staff were helpful. Room itself was well-worn and "tired." Sheets on one bed were dirty & replaced immediately upon request (but why should you have to request clean sheets?). Buffet was plentiful and quite good for my tastes. Our tour group stayed one night, as did a Road Scholar group. No one ventured outside the hotel... More

Only stayed the one night at this hotel, but it is well located close to the Casa Port train station and is in same area as many of the other main international hotels. Service was fine with staff helpful and efficient. Although booked single standard was given large room with two 3/4 beds. Large reception area and restaurant on ground... More

Staff made this hotel for us. Very helpful very friendly, considering we spoke very little French or Arabic . Food was basic, but fine, with plenty of quantity available. It's surroundings let it down, area is run down, dirty but we felt safe. Ventured to surrounding cafes and had very good meals at very reasonable prices and nice coffee. But I... More

the hotel Diwan is officially classified as 4*. We got a room on the 5th floor rather large in dimension, but also dusty and in poor conditions, including long cracks on the wall, cabord slliding door almost impossible to open, outdate forniture, old bathroom, both elevators out of service and poor choice and quality of buffet in the restaurant.rest. The hotel we have to sleep in tonight is generally dirty! The keys do not properly work, the balcony door doesn't close (unsafe). In a nutshell, mould on the walls, noisy, stains on the sheets and pillows (looks not clean at all), no bottle of water available. We asked for irons and guess what, not available neither in the rooms... More

We randomly found this hotel walking away from the train station and trying to avoid both the rusty Isis at the station and the expensive Hyatt. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms bright, wide and clean, free internet, good food in the restaurant (no alcohol). The hotel lacks some style and power outlets but it fulfilled my business travel... More

We had stayed in so many nice clean places in Morocco it was very disappointing to end our trip in such a dirty hotel. Floors, blankets, shower curtain (just a lining), rugs were all filthy. Not a respite from the dirty city at all. More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before kicking off a 2 week tour of morocco. It was one of the better hotels i stayed in overall and i think most would be comfortable here. The rooms are big which was great and have a nice feel. Mine had a small bar fridge which is always a plus! also a... More

Average hotel. Big rooms. dark corridors. ok for business traveller - free internet so good. Not for holiday. Gym opens at 9 a.m which is shocking. Spa was good. I asked for my telephone to be changed in my room, 3 times but no avail. Some staff helpful. Housekeeping need to knock and check before opening a room. More
