Staff very friendly, courteous, helpful in every way. Speak perfect English. The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towel supplied. However the rooms are in urgent need of modernisation, and it is a pity this is not done as the Argana is in an excellent location. The food also is inly ok and never seems to change. But it... More

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby was nice, however the hotel rooms are in urgent need of modernisation and I felt my room could have been cleaner. The food wasn't great, but then we didn't pay much to stay here. The location of the hotel is good, only 5-10minutes walk to the beach and there are many restaurants... More

Argana hotel? What can I say? First off this hotel customer service was excellent all staff friendly and helpful, didn't use the porter service, however he always smiled and said hello. Also the maids worked very hard, this hotel was cleaned thoroughly and a very good job done. The food at restaurant was different on a daily basis, buffet service... More

I have never stayed at a hotel which was cleaned like this one - very thorough cleaning going on all day long. Staff very helpful and attentive. Pool area was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast although very continental and mainly cold did provide scrambled or omlette cooked freshly which were lovely. Plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and the only... More

Me and my partner have just returned from a week in Morocco, staying at the Argana Hotel. Simply put, it was amazing. We had read a few positive and a few negative reviews, and had been very skeptical on arrival, but this was put to rest as soon as we arrived. Fair enough the hotel room was dated, but all... More

We stayed in this Hotel Argana for two weeks in August 2011. The hotel is classed as four stars, although Thompson state they have classified it as three ‘T’s’, it is at best three stars, but probably only really deserves two stars. On the transfer to the hotel from the airport we realised that only one other person was staying... More

This hotel is rated 4 stars and it should be rated at the most 3 stars. The rooms' decor is the 70's style and the furniture and the beds need to be replaced with new ones. The shower curtain was stained and the knob in one of the closets kept falling off. When we first went into the room we... More

The Hotel itself is rather a 3***. Quite simple rooms (with balcony) but a great pool and a wonderful green garden with flowers. Very near the beach facilities; nothing amazing and surprising but very good.
