they tried to put us in a room next to the elevator and ice machine, even though I made reservations 3 months ago. They moved me to another room. I came to Augusta for just a few days and chose this HGI. The property is new and very clean. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable.. and they have fresh cookies out every evening! Really nice for a short getaway. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return here!
