This hotel was not what it shows on its web site. It jacuzi room was so nasty and small. As soon as i open the door it was a horrible smell to the room. Carpet was filthy, the bathroom was filthy, the jacuzi was dirty. I was charge $108 dollars and the room was not even worth 20 dollars. Air... More

We had booked our room for the Masters Tournament in July 2011, During the next several months, we had read several negative reviews and were apprehensive. We were pleasantly surprised - our room was large, and clean. We did not avail ourselves of the continental breakfast, leaving early for the Masters. We stopped in at the front desk each morning... My husband, son and I stayed here the weekend of the Masters. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, some things were a little worn but, we found the room to be very pleasant. The pool was closed due to the weather but, it looked clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, and held a Happy Hour in... More

Clean accommodation with average facilities but just as required during Masters week. Microwave if needed and staff very helpful if anything required to top up, i.e. coffee etc. Complementary breakfast okay for cereals, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. Happy hour in evening with free beers, wine, soft drinks and water. For Masters week if sharing, two queen bedded rooms, then... More

Traveling to Augusta for a graduation ceremony. Needed 3 rooms for 1 night. Got a rate of $57 per room. When I arrived in the lobby, I used their restroom. Both wall hanging soap dispensers were out, and there was a small, dirty, used bar on the sink. After we checked in, we went to our rooms. All 3 smelled... More

It's not the Ritz, but I stayed at a few hotels in Augusta, all around this one's $55 price, and this one smelled clean, looked clean, had a very nice kitchen and full size fridge, and was comfortable. The pool had bugs and leaves gathering but wasn't gross. I would usually think this hotel to be average for this price... More

I read some of the reviews on here and called to see if things have been handeled. I had been assured that people were just upset about it being Master's Week and the prices being higher. It wasn't Master's Week and we weren't gouged. This Motel is close to Ft. Gordon. The neighborhood isn't that bad (I'm from Detroit, I... More

I usually stay at another hotel when visiting Augusta; unfortunately they were booked so I stayed here. When I arrived the desk clerk was very respectful, not to mention helpful. There was even a man outside painting the buliding,so I knew that the hotel was being well kept up on. The room I was in had plenty of space and... More

I recently had to attend some ancillary training at Fort Gordon, and it's often very hard to book anything near the base. I was not only able to book a room for the duration of my training, but the staff here went above and beyond what I consider good customer services. They provided me with directions to places I needed... More

We were in Augusta, Ga. for the Masters. We booked this motel with the owner's wife and spoke to the owner when booking with questions about the property. We were told that it was very nice, and rooms were in excellent condition. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Upon entering room, there was popcorn on the dirty carpet, holes... More
