We went for a Masters practice round, and had never been to Augusta before. The rooms were old and dirty and smelled strongly of cleaning solution, probably to mask worse odors. This motel is very old, tired, and run down. However, that being said, it was absolutely great for Master's week. The owners were friendly and accommodating all week long. The hotel was quite simple and it was decent. I would not normally stay in a simple hotel, but it served its purpose during Masters week. Hotel was old and dirty. Pieces of carpet were missing in our room. Microwave and refrig did not work. Phone numbers were written on the bathroom door. The whole experience was absolutely disgusting
