We stay at a Microtel whenever possible, and the Augusta Inn is a good example. Tim, at the front desk, was very helpful, polite, humorous, and an excellent respresentative of your hoitel chain. With six nights on the road, five of them at Microtels, this one was the best! Thank you, Tim!

All my issues have been addressed by the staff. I had some initial issues with my room, and was eventually moved to another (upgraded) room. It has been a much better stay after this. The staff is always friendly.
